Positive Minds 2015

Black and Minority Ethnic Communities and Mental Health in Scotland: A participative event showcasing Me, Myself and I: Towards Self-Management – a 3-year Scottish Government funded project helping, improving and building self-confidence of individuals from Black and Minority Ethnic communities with mental health issues to proactively and confidently self-manage their mental health and work towards recovery.

REACH Community Health Project will highlight the success, good practice and lessons learnt of the project over the past two years and will also allow the opportunity for stakeholders to discuss the future of mental health amongst BME communities.
